FANUC is one of the leading global manufacturers of factory automation and robotics. The UK business approached us as they were embarking upon a new 5-year change plan to grow and develop the business.
The remit of the project was to use our experience and expertise in delivering people and process change projects to support and develop their change champions as the key to delivering the change within the business. This included workshops on understanding change and how to manage it and the power of purposeful communication amongst others. After the successful implementation of this stage of the project, we then facilitated departmental change workshops to explore and refine the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes, leading on to coordinated, practical and methodical change plans for each department and the business.
