To answer this challenge in advance of it becoming a blocker to performance and growth we partnered with them to deliver a bespoke version of our tried and tested ‘Summit Leadership Programme™’ for their team leaders globally. The programme focused on effectiveness and performance in terms of self leadership, teamwork, and followership.
This programme is ongoing. The initial feedback on the participant experience and short-term value gained from the implementation of the learning so far has already delivered significant returns for Life Science People.
