Glyn Blaize Joins Fast-Growth L&D Consultancy West Peak as Non-Executive Director

West Peak is proud to announce that we have appointed Glyn Blaize as a Non-Executive Director. Glyn joins West Peak at a pivotal moment in the business’s growth journey to help owners Ben Stocken and Ben Wade accelerate their plans and capitalise on the significant impact West Peak has already made in the Leadership Development marketplace.

Glyn began his career within the recruitment sector and has led the scale-up of several successful businesses. This includes his role as MD and Co-founder of Northstar, which was later sold to The Access Group. He then became COO of Amdaris, an international tech solutions business, which scaled to 1,000 employees and was recently sold to the Fortune 500-listed tech giant, Insight. Most recently, Glyn joined the market-leading talent solutions business, La Fosse.
