West Peak was born out of our love of solving problems with people.
Whether it’s giving practical tools to those in first-time leadership roles or stretching a senior leadership team. Our programmes focus on the three leadership pillars: Self-leadership, followership, and teamship.
Our offsite team performance events are unlike no other. Born out of lockdown with the need to get individuals back together and operating as a high performing team.
Forget old school team building, we deliver performance enhancing events for businesses that significantly impact team dynamics, collaboration, and overall organisational success. Whether that be out on the hills in the Brecons, on a global race yacht for the day or undertaking our K2 challenge.
