15 years as a Royal Marines Commando deployed on operations in hostile areas around the world. Commercial project management in the defence and tech sectors.

Developed high-performing leadership teams, built lasting relationships and had some fun along the way!

Family! The driving force behind everything.

I played basketball at national league level.
If you could give one piece of advice to future leaders, what would it be?
When the opportunity arises step up and be decisive, ask for forgiveness not permission!
