They approached us to deploy our Summit Leadership Programme™ and help cultivate effective leaders, bolster management skills, and enhance employee engagement. The programme needed to be delivered to 4 levels of seniority from Flex’s first time leaders up to the Senior Leadership Team, tailored for a fast-paced, competitive industry, where adaptability is key.
