The Challenge
To effectively scale at this pace, without a dilution of client offering, performance and output, they knew that they needed a best-in-class leadership team, onboarding and development programme so approached us to help.

Our Solution
We partnered with the senior leadership team to conduct a training needs analysis (TNA), then created and delivered bespoke programmes for differing seniority levels across their UK and Eastern European centres.

The Results
After the success of this hybrid programme, West Peak and Amdaris are deepening their partnership in 2023 and beyond having now enhanced the performance of over 180 first time, emerging and senior leaders. Future plans include a train the trainer programme, sales enablement and set up of an internal L&D function.
